I have been doing sessions with Nur for over a year now. Thanks to her help and constant encouragement, I came a long way from where I started mentally. She never fails to show genuine care in me and it’s nice knowing that I always have someone to talk to. She mainly helps me put my thoughts together, it’s like she helps me build a mind map of my jumbled thoughts and then decide on what to do next. Finally, the skills and knowledge she taught me ensures that I can be more independent in the future. There are no downsides in starting therapy/coaching with her.
Recently I wanted to experience how it was to have an in person therapy session rather than my online ones with Nur, and I have come to the conclusion that there’s no difference. In fact, I found that in person sessions are worse for me as I had to spend extra time traveling from the comfort of my home to an office to meet with different therapist.
