Why sophrology?
The World Health Organization (WHO) reminds us that there is no health without mental health. Because our mental health is the foundation of our overall well-being. Stress and anxiety, concentration, confidence, sleep, chronic pain, preparing for an important event, well-being at work, personal development, achieving personal goals: all of these issues can be addressed through sophrology. Sophrology is your guide to a healthier, more serene life.

In a world full of stress and anxiety, the need for serenity is stronger than ever.

95% of the French population says that they have a major source of stress or anxiety (IFOP survey, 2022). While this statistic is very concerning, it is merely part of a global trend. A 2021 Gallup poll of 122 countries showed that, globally, 41% of adults are subject to intense stress.
In today’s world, which many experience as a whirlpool of pressures and expectations, sophrology can be a peaceful haven, a means of finding balance and ease in every moment through:

Sophrology and coaching packages
As a certified sophrologist living and practicing just outside of Annecy (France), I offer personalized sessions tailored to your needs and goals. I work with clients in France and around the world, and in three languages: French, English, and Turk. Whether in person or online, each session is an invitation to you to reconnect with your deepest self.
One-on-one sessions
Through personalized, one-on-one sessions, I can provide guidance and support which is completely adapted to your individual situation and needs. Together we will take the time to explore the issues impacting your daily life.
Your feelings, they are the echoes of your unconscious
Your stress, it is a chance to catch your breath.

Group sessions and workshops
The energy of working within a group can be highly beneficial for certain people. Workshops and group sessions offer the opportunity to explore relaxation techniques together in a warm and welcoming environment. A shared goal of reaching deep within to seek well-being creates a healing dynamic within the group.
By sharing ideas and experiences with others, you will also gain insight into your own path. These group sessions create a sense of community and also serve to fuel your sense of motivation.
Conferences
Teaching, helping, and bringing solutions – these are all part of my deepest values. As a sophrologist and coach, I regularly organize conferences on particular themes to help guide you and assist you in finding your path gently and with confidence. But my greatest wish is to help you find within yourself that spark that will inspire you to move forward with confidence and energy.
